Amanjiwo, an all suite resort in Central Java is looking for highly motivated candidate to fill the position of Executive Chef (local – Indonesian).
You will responsible for managing all kitchen operations including Stewarding operations with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards and practices, staff training, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of a consistent and authentic food product which meets guest’s expectations.
• Vocational certificate in Culinary Skills or related field
• Proficient in Indonesian, Asian and western cuisine
• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties
• Problem solving, motivating and training abilities
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• English proficiency, both oral and written
• 5 years experience as a chef, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
