VONG Kitchen is a concept by one of New York’s most celebrated Michelin stars chef – Jean-Georges Vongerichten and his son, Cedric Vongerichten. With a lively night bar, the restaurant seeks to attract a mix of celebrities, socialites, and movers and shakers in the business world, while serving seasonal and signatures dishes of Cedric Vongerichten for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you and your team love to create unique and memorable dining experiences for guests. You lead by example by always providing a high level of anticipative service to guests and focusing on quality and detail. You purposely create a culture of training and team work which encourages your team to strive to excel.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,
– A Diploma or Degree in hospitality or similar
– Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star restaurant
– Self motivated and outgoing personality, enjoy working as part of a team
– Well presented and demonstrated good communication skills
– Tactful, self-confident, passionate and poised
– Good administration
