BEST WESTERN Kuta Beach located in Bali, is seeking professional and experienced candidates to fill the following position:
1.Human Resources Manager

Requirements :

•Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
•Excellent verbal written and communication skill (English and Bahasa).
•Ability to managing the team / resources in ensuring timely completion of assignments (1).
•Excellent decision making skills and capable of motivating people (1).
•Strong organizational, time management and presentation skill (1)
•Strong in leadership skill, target oriented and excellent communication skill (1)
•Good personality, energetic, friendly, adaptable, discipline, and has integrity (1)
•High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment
•Positive attitude, dynamic, innovative, and team service oriented.
•Possess exceptional people skills with an excellent working track record.
•Has the ability to work under pressure.
•Excellent knowledge at Labour skill and Training (1).
