Amanjiwo, an all suite resort in Central Java is looking for highly motivated candidate to fill the position of:
1. Sous Chef
You will assist in the management of Kitchen Operations and ensuring the health, safety and other compliance requirements are adhered accordingly.
2. Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
You will assist with managing the food and beverage operations of the resort to ensure the achievement of established F&B and guest service quality standards.
• Vocational certificate in Culinary Skills or related field (Sous Chef)
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food & Beverage or related field (Asst F&B Manager)
• Proficient in Indonesian, Asian and western cuisine
• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties
• Problem solving, motivating and training abilities
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• English proficiency, both oral and written
• 3 years related experience, including supervisory experience
