Amanjiwo, an all-suite resort in Central Java is looking for highly motivated candidate to fill the position of:
1. Sous Chef
You will assist in managing food production with an emphasis on maintaining standards, staff training, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of a consistent food products.
2. Chef de Partie
You will assist in organizing kitchen operations and prepares and serves a range of dishes, whilst supervising junior members of the kitchen team.
• Vocational certificate in Culinary Skills or related field
• Proficient in Indonesian, Asian and western cuisine
• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties
• English proficiency, both oral and written
• 3 year experience in similar positions
