Scope of Position: To be responsible for
purchase of all hotels’ items ensuring
that the purchases are up to the hotel standard and meet the expectation.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of working experience in hotel or institutional catering business with a minimum of 2-3 years working experience as a Purchasing Manager in a five star hotel.
Qualifications: University Degree relating to procurement Management.
Special Skills: Knowledge of the product that are used for the hotels. Knowledge of regional markets and traders. Outstanding personal relation ability. Very good knowledge of computer software.
Languages: Very good command over written and spoken English.
