As Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible recruitment procedure, training process and reporting system. You maintain high confidentiality level of all information coming through HR office officially or non officially and keeping all the information within the professional boundaries of HR team.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria :
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or similar
• Previous HR work experience in hotel industry will be an advantage
• Strong communication and people engagement skills
• Language proficiency in written and spoken English
• Computer literacy in HR system, Microsoft Office, Words, Excel, Power Point and Publisher
