Lacalaca Cantina Mexicana is looking for experience hospitality professionals to join our team at our Seminyak location and our new location in Canggu.

1. Restaurant Manager

Male or Female max 35 years old
Proficient in English, written and oral
Relevant experience as a supervisor or manager in the food an beverage industry
Minimum 1 year in same position
Must be confident and well presented with strong attention to detail

2. Chef or Senior Cook

Max 35 years old
Proficient in western cooking
Experience as sous chef or senior cook as a minimum
Well organized
Open minded to new techniques – no divas please
Minimum 1 year in same position

3. Bar Supervisor

Max 35 years old
Knowledge of international cocktails
Fast and hard worker
Responsible and honest
Minimum 1 year in Same position
