We are looking to fill the following positions*:

We are searching for a highly energetic, passionate personality who will manage day-to-day Room Operations in accordance with Nihiwatu’s high service standards
• To be responsible for short and long term Villa planning, and day-to-day operations of room housekeeping and front office areas
• Together with direct reports, take a leading role in positively representing the company with guests, reinforcing a customer focused approach to hotel operations at all times with particular attention to VIP’s and quality amenities
• Provide clear leadership for quality and process improvement initiatives, aligned with business goals and objectives, maintaining a close liaison and support with all teams.

• Minimum of 5 years experiences in a similar role with preferable previous experiences in five star Resorts
• Good command of English plus excellent presentation & communication skills
• Hands-on professional with a solid Room Division / Front Office background, and the passion for quality and excellence • experience working in a remote areas
• Must have a college / university graduate degree

To manage the reservations operations, including the detailed reporting on revenue’s, ensuring the hotel standards and procedures are fully trained and followed
• To ensure proper teamwork, and supervise the reservations, and telephone operator sections at all times
• To ensure that all incoming and outgoing room reservation enquiries are attended and handled immediately, efficiently
• To attract new guests and to enhance their loyalty, providing a discerning service through communication and sales skills, in order to maintain the hotel’s image and to increase revenue
• To recognize potential clients and to transmit valuable information to the Sales Department
• To recognize, and manage VIP guests and to apply relevant policies
• To maintain good commercial relationships with all partners: Guest / Companies / Agencies
• To be fully aware of, and to report all guest comments or complaints efficiently
• To ensure the Guest History records are accurately maintained and all recurring guest are pre-registered.
• To accurately maintain all Guest databases daily, weekly.
• To accurately maintain and manage Reservation Invoice reports daily, weekly.

• Minimum 3 – 5 years previous luxury / upscale hotel experience in a related field
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials
• Computer literate and knowledge in VHP are an advantage.
• Hands-on professional and passion for quality and excellence
• Experience working in a remote area

• The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in managing his / her assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center
• Having strong experience in Japanese food / Sushi would be of great value
• Your role is also responsible for preparing food in accordance with portion and quality standards, specified in recipes
• Needs to have strong leadership skills, and focus on staff development
• Needs to manage the kitchen when the Exec Chef is away.
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale hotel, resort
• Approaches food in a passionate, creative manner
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards and excellent planning and organizing skills
• Relevant qualifications for role and ability to work a variety of shifts.

• An integral part of a growing institution, we’re searching for a highly capable, Training and Development Manager who understands the need for critical hospitality skill development in a rural and remote destination
• Support departments in developing cutting edge functional excellence and in developing leadership capabilities
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Support individual and team development, career development, and training and experience-based learning
• Induct, coach, and mentor new Team Members
• Interact with hotel leaders responsible for people development to provide support to operational departments
• Partner with department to deliver training programs and other organizational and leadership development interventions
• Monitor and conduct learning and development reviews with each department
• Prepare annual training plans and training calendars for the hotel

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Training Manager in an upscale hotel, resort
• Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and technique
• Experience in training and working with a diverse workforce is imperative
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills
• Excellent grooming standards and excellent planning and organizing skills

    Is there any vacancies for room division manager .
    Working in new environment is new things but strong personality, communication skill and quick learners is key of success
    Since 2010- 2016 nov joining in team with disney cruise company in housekeeping division and other hotels experiences . full and straight of USPH and POB and keep in eye sanitation and cleanliness also safety on board and safety of work environment is my priority. Am easy person, Able to work in any terms and conditions
