Front Office Manager
Manages and organizes the Front Office team whose mission is to ensure smooth and efficient handling of all activities related to guests and their interaction with various departments, accomplished within the scope of a budget and in conformity with well defined management norms.
Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in the activities of all personnel engaged in front office department activities.
Fully knowledgeable of the front office computer system, is responsible for ensuring its proper usage and maximization to reach efficient and consistent quality service.
Ensures that all decisions taken by the Executive Committee are fully implemented in the overall Front Office Department, participates in meetings and pro-actively makes suggestions for the Executive Committee.
Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the hotel vision in the Front Office Department and overall business action plans.
Ensures that the staff in the Front Office Department adheres to all policies, procedures and rules set by management.
Minimum of 2 years experience as Front Office Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5-star resort
Fully conversant with technology and sound computer skills
Professional working knowledge of English is a must and any other foreign language shall be an advantage
Driven and results-oriented person
