Essential requirements
1. Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned, invites VIPs and media to promotional activities.
2. Giving the idea in making any kind of package for generating more revenue in short period in order to make the instant revenue or pick up last minute booking
3. Abilities good services communicating with the hotel outlets and outside contacts when planning services, as well as to document any sales related activity.
4. Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
5. Ensures the prompt and systematic servicing of all business accounts i.e., tracing, booking, prepare contracting, communicating with all departments concern, and following up with group for feedback and future bookings
6. Comparing the product by inspecting the competitor and inform the value add from the competitor
Optional requirements
• Indonesian Nationality ( Male/Female)
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales field in International Hotels (experience in Hospitality industry is a must) preferably in Bali
• Experience with local contracting in all market segments
• Well Groomed and Good Personality
• Able to Work as a Team Player, High Motivation
• High Sense of Customer Service Oriented
• Expand a sales team, provide leadership and be responsible for maximizing sales in line with the company’s vision and values.
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the relevant market area.
• Must have strong leadership qualities, good communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force along with the ability to work in a highly competitive and dynamic property market.
• Must have interpersonal skills, possess the ability to command respect and have the commercial intelligence to initiate and conclude business deals.
• Effective sales communication skills and personal performance
• Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
• Good knowledge of Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. Proficiency in Excel is a essential.
• Good as hotel sales representatives good relation with potential clients in business, convention groups, travel agencies& corporate
• Good command in English both written and oral
• Able to start immediately
• High Sense of Customer Service Oriented
• Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Bali. The selection process will be held in Bali.
