BEST WESTERN International is now expanding and will be opening some property soon in Indonesia. We are seeking professional and experienced candidates to fill the position:
1.Human Resources Manager
•Male / Female.
•Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position.
•Excellent verbal written and communication skill (English and Bahasa).
•High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment
•Ability to managing the team / resources in ensuring timely completion of assignments.
•Excellent decision making skills and capable of motivating people.
•Positive attitude, dynamic, innovative, and team service oriented.
•Possess exceptional people skills with an excellent working track record.
•Has the ability to work under pressure.
•Excellent knowledge at Labour skill and Training.
•Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
